Effective project management must be guaranteed in order to meet the contractual requirements. This work package is implemented throughout the duration of the project and is dedicated to the management and coordination of the project on the administrative, financial, organizational and regulatory aspects.

Management tools will be created to facilitate and promote communication between partners and ensure the proper use of the European grant.

After defining a precise organizational structure, the members of the consortium will work in synergy and will be involved at every stage of the project to guarantee a steady progression of the activities.
